TianJi 天机

Terms of Service

The short version: TianJi reads your chart and talks it over with you. It is for reflection, not advice. It is for adults. Be kind to the people you meet here. The rest is below, in plain English.

1What TianJi Is

From your birth details TianJi calculates your charts under three Arts — BaZi (Four Pillars), Purple Star Astrology (Zi Wei Dou Shu) and the Chinese Zodiac — and an AI "Master" interprets them, in writing and in live spoken sessions. Your camera is never used with the Master. There are also social features: Circle, Discover including Dating, and Messages.

TianJi is run by TIANJI AI STUDIO PTE. LTD. (UEN 202605294Z), incorporated in Singapore under the Companies Act 1967, of 141 Cecil Street #08-07, Tung Ann Association Building, Singapore 069541. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the agreement between you and us. By ticking the agreement box or using TianJi, you accept them.

2Who Can Use TianJi

You must be 18 or over. There is no teen mode and no children's version. Dating is separately restricted to adults and enforced on our servers. We may ask you to confirm your age, and may close an account if we believe the person using it is under 18.

3Your Account

You sign in with an account you already have — Google, LINE or TikTok — through Clerk, our sign-in provider. Please give accurate birth details, since your readings are built from them, keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us at admin1@tianjiaistudio.com if you think someone else has used your account. What happens on your account is your responsibility.

4What the Master Remembers

So that you never have to say the same thing twice, the Master keeps short notes about you: your situation, your goals, your concerns, and how things turned out. You can read and delete them in the app. It may also follow up on something you mentioned — a trip, an interview — and those check-ins only appear inside the app. TianJi sends no push notifications, no emails and no SMS.

When a conversation ends we keep an anonymous copy, so we can check and improve the quality of the Master's answers. Names, birth details, places and contact details are stripped out first, and the copy holds nothing that points back to you — which is also why it cannot be found again or withdrawn. Switch it off with Help Improve the Master in Profile & Settings; the Privacy Policy sets out exactly what a copy holds.

5Other People, and Children's Charts

A consult can be about other people as well as you — one person from Discover, or up to four of your Circle connections. The Master is given their name, a digest of their chart and your compatibility, only where their own visibility settings allow it and never across a block. Please only share what you are entitled to share.

When two people are connected, what the Master learns about the relationship from one of you may quietly shape the guidance it gives the other. It is never revealed, quoted or hinted at, and health, money, sexuality, legal matters and anything said in confidence are never carried across. Removing the connection, or withdrawing consent, stops it.

An adult may add a child's chart after confirming they are the parent or guardian, or have permission. A child's chart is read-only: no login, never in Discover, Dating or Messages, never used to improve the Master, deletable at any time, and gone when your account goes.

6Automatic Translation

TianJi shows what other people write to you, and the Master's earlier replies, in the language you have chosen. To do that we send the text to BytePlus ModelArk, our AI provider, and keep the translation so the same text is not translated twice. The original is always kept, and Show Original brings it back on any message. A machine translation can be clumsy or plainly wrong; the original is what the person actually said. The Privacy Policy says exactly what is sent and stored.

7How to Behave, and Keeping Safe

TianJi is a place for reflection and respectful company. Do not harass, threaten or demean anyone, or send unwanted sexual content. Do not impersonate anyone or lie about your age. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit, and nothing at all that endangers a child. Do not monitor someone against their wishes, or coax the Master into revealing what a connected person said. Do not run scams or sell things here, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or try to extract the models, prompts or knowledge behind it. Do not use a chart to decide something about another person that the law does not allow, such as their job, credit or housing.

You can block anyone, which hides your profile and stops their messages, and report content from inside the app. We read reports and may warn, remove content or close an account. We do not check what users post before they post it and are not responsible for it, so please tell us. In an emergency, your local emergency services come first.

8AI-Generated Content

Every reading, compatibility signal and reply from the Master is generated by artificial intelligence.

  • For reflection, not fact. Readings are for insight, reflection and entertainment. They are not statements of fact and not predictions about anyone's future.
  • Not professional advice. Nothing in TianJi replaces a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial adviser. Please do not make a medical, psychological, legal or financial decision on the strength of a reading.
  • It can be wrong. AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent between sessions, or culturally off. Use your own judgement.
If you are struggling, please talk to someone — a doctor, a counsellor, or a person you trust. If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number. If you would rather talk to someone confidentially, findahelpline.com lists free, trained helplines in most countries and languages. We would much rather you spoke to a person than to the Master.

9Paying for Live Minutes

  • Written consults are free — 10 questions a day, and more at higher jade grades, the mark you earn for time spent with the Master.
  • Live sessions are paid for in minutes: 15 minutes for S$58, 30 for S$88, 60 for S$158. Prices are set in Singapore dollars and shown in your own currency at the day's rate, so the converted figure may move a little. We always show the price before you buy.
  • Everyone gets 5 free minutes once. Minutes you buy do not expire.
  • Minutes are bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and that store takes the payment under its own terms. We never see your card details. Buying is not switched on yet; until it is, nothing in TianJi can be bought.
  • No refunds, except where the law requires one — including your rights under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and any consumer law where you live. Minutes already used cannot be refunded. Google and Apple may also grant a refund under their own rules, which are theirs to apply. If a session fails through a fault on our side, write to us and we will put the minutes back.

10Your Content, and Ours

What you share stays yours: your birth details, photos, conversations, profile and messages. You give us permission to store and process them only as far as running the service for you needs — readings, your profile, showing it to people you choose, translating and delivering messages. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where the law or someone's safety means we must keep it, or where you have already sent it to another user.

TianJi itself — its name, design, software, chart calculations, the Master's persona and avatar, and the knowledge behind it — belongs to us or our licensors. Readings written for you are yours to keep and share, as long as you do not present them as professional advice or use them to build a rival service.

11Ending Your Account

You can stop at any time, and Delete Account in Profile & Settings really deletes: your charts, consults, memories, readings, photos, connections, dating profile, minutes and settings go from the live service straight away, and out of our backups within 90 days. The Privacy Policy lists the few things that stay and why. We never delete an account for being inactive. You can also withdraw consent to the evolving profile without closing your account — readings still work, they are just less personal.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop running the service; where it is reasonable we will tell you why first. Sections 8, 10, 12 and 13 carry on afterwards.

12Liability

TianJi is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate, secure and running, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or right about you.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a decision you make on the strength of a reading. If you have never paid for TianJi, we have no monetary liability to you. If you have, our total liability for all claims together is limited to the money you actually paid in the 12 months before the claim — what genuinely left your account after any discount, whether you paid us directly or paid Google Play or Apple for a TianJi purchase. Free, promotional or gifted minutes, credits, coupons and discount codes are not money paid; and what we receive after a store takes its share does not reduce the figure. So if a S$1,000 pack cost you S$500 after a discount, the limit is S$500.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

13Changes, Law and Contact

Each version of these Terms carries a version number and dates at the top. When we change something material we show you a summary in the app and ask you to agree before you carry on. If a change reduces your rights and is not urgently needed for safety or the law, we give you at least 14 days before it takes effect. We record which version you agreed to, and when.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and disputes go to the Singapore courts, unless consumer law where you live lets you bring a claim at home. Please write to us before starting anything formal; most things can be sorted out directly.
